Home Makeover: Anya's Room

Since we found out back in August that we weren't going to be moving into the new house like we thought we were - we decided to embrace our home and make updates and modifications to make it work for us and our family.

One of our first projects was our daughters room - we promised her a purple room in the new house. So since there is no new house we figured a purple room in our current house would have to do.

We aren't done everything yet - we are still decorating and organizing but she loves it so far.

Here is what we have done so far:

• Painted the room Imperial Lilac (4003-9C at Lowes)
• Purchased new furniture from Rooms To Go- Cottage Colors White Bookcase Collection
• Put some cute decals on the wall from Target - Circo Buds and Blossoms Wall Decals
• Hung up her picture of Jesus along with her Jesus Loves me and Pray Often Boards
• Hung up her magnet board for her magnets of places she's visited collection

Things we still need to do:

• Get collage picture frames for pictures of Anya and her friends and family
• Paint her table and chairs
• Organize Toys
• Organize Craft Supplies
• Organize Closet
