So hubby and I found an AWESOME school that we really want to send the kids to - so it's a matter of applying them when Kindergarten comes around and them getting accepted. Our hope is that since it is Kindergarten and not a grade that current students will be rolling into that it will be a little bit easier for us to get in. So since we fell in love with the school I set up a Home Search on Realtor.com to hunt for houses within a 5-10 mile radius of the school, becasue if they get accepted that is an awful lot of driving over the course of 13+ years not to mention we already know we eventually want to move.
I've only set up this search just within the last week and I've already received an email of a listing that is literally our perfect home. The kitchen could use a little updating but other than that it is perfect. Currently my mom lives with us and she has a bedroom and that is it, which doesn't give her much privacy to get away from hubby and I our the two kids. This home has an entire in-law-suite complete with Kitchen, Bedroom, Living Room and separate entrance which would be perfect for her and allow her to have her own life away from ours if she wanted to have it, which currently isn't an option since the little one stands at her door anytime it is shut knocking and saying mom-mom, mom-mom much like Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory.

There is only one problem....houses in our neighborhood aren't selling even when they are listed for dirt cheap so there is not even a slight chance that we would be able to sell and buy this home.....I can only hope that when the time comes for us that we can find something that will fit what we need as well as this one does!
